One of the most famous tattoo artist Mr. Cartoon was at Upper Playground Fillmore this friday signing everything from shoes, to spray cans and t-shirts. I first heard of Mr. Cartoon when he did a collaboration with NIke AF1 called "cinco de mayo" back in 2005 and since then he has done a lot of collaborations with nike. I really love his art work and his creativity
